Interesting outcome

Thursday so off to Sainsbury’s for weekly shop, cup of mint tea on return then out for hour walk. Managed to stay dry but started raining just after we got back. Ironing and then an hour doing some paperwork. Interesting development on the delivery.
Hubby wanted to exercise in the bedroom so I did the paperwork in the dining room and kept getting distracted by the activity in the garden.
The supplier said UPS have told them it is lost and to process a claim, the guy from UPS called just before four to say they have it and it will be with me before 7pm, it turned up at 7:30.
I feel quite pleased that I got it resolved and yet annoyed that I have spent so much time getting them to do what they have been paid to do.
