Friday night Laksa

It had been our habit for some years to go to the central market on a Friday night and finish with a quick, ‘cheap and cheerful’ meal in Chinatown. But 2020 changed that. Tonight we managed to get there and I had one of my favourite dishes, a Laksa soup.
