Sunset over flooded fields

An afternoon walk over towards Sandwick, just before it gets dark. Great to see the days getting longer.

This winter has been so wet, there is water lying in lots of the fields round about. Lots of curlews and lapwings, but they are far out numbered by the huge flocks of greylag geese.

Lottie on her lead the whole time, so marginally less muddy than usual when we got home!
