Nine Minute Mile Exactly

I suppose I could try harder but I find running a slog, also I had just done a spin class. Another thing is I reckon it was further than that, but I am not sure how to measure the distance accurately. See if hubby can help me.

Another beauty of a day, proper Spring now, should really start thinking about cutting the grass.
