Goldcrest - 16

Today's bird is a real bonus as the goldcrest is not particularly common and hard to spot. As we were walking along Waste Lane I heard an unusual bird sound and caught a glimpse of movement. It was in the hedge so very difficult to photograph because invariably there were branches in front of it.  However I did manage to get one clear view and shot in focus and I'm pleased with this even though I didn't have my favourite zoom lens.
