A dead fire engine

I have been meaning to grab a shot of this dilapidated old fire engine for some time. It is parked at the bottom of someone's drive and there is usually a van in front of it preventing a decent photo. First thing this morning I was lucky! It didn't look like anyone was in the house, so I crept a little closer and blipped it. I think I got away with it!
I was tempted to make it look even more grungy, but thought it more appropriate to leave it red. It is gradually acquiring a green layer of mossy grime.
Maybe one day someone intends (or was intending) to restore it. According to the DVLA database, its road tax ran out in March 2007, so it has probably been there since then.
