Spicy Cottage Pie

This will last me a fortnight! One of the lockdown benefits has been cooking more from scratch - it doesn’t look much but it tastes great. Had a lovely day - caught up on jobs at home, spent all week spring deep cleaning and I feel happy when my environment is sparkling! Next week I’m going to start on the pub downstairs, a proper deep clean. I get a new car in 4 weeks not sure where I plan to drive it to but it’s nice to have the option! Just relaxing now with some TV for the evening
