A taste of the sea

I headed to the beach for our exercise today. My son had said that he saw a baby seal pup at the water's edge yesterday, but, unfortunately, the tide was in so I wasn't in luck. I therefore played around with some long exposure shots, as the sea was quite rough. I have to say that it was quite busy. I got a wonderful shot of two women sitting on the beach. One had a bright purple hat on, the other had flowers in her hair. However, this image of the sea reflected the feeling of the afternoon for me. Whilst I love rural scenes, the sea lifts my spirits.
