The plan is is to incorporate this wonderful timber in the new Thomas Graham library in Strathblane. Thomas Graham's great nephew, who is a major donor, has asked that the library is named after his great uncle who was a world-famous chemist in Glasgow in the 19th Century. There is a statue of him in George Square in Glasgow. The Graham family home can been seen in the extra photo.
