Charcuterie
Molinari salami, mezzo seco Jack cheese, cheddar, olives, cornichons, and crackers. Wine: Ram’s Gate Durell Vineyard Syrah 2016.
This was, as one would expect of a charcuterie dinner, fantastic. We continued our experimentation with high quality Jack cheese — this one is a semi-firm and was quite good.
