Sourdough #1

I am about 9 months late to the sourdough bread making craze, but I got there in the end. Has taken a week of making a ‘starter’, before making the dough yesterday and baking today. A lot of effort, but am very pleased with the result, really tasty. If nothing else it will make me appreciate sourdough bread made by others.
