Out with the old

Day off today as I was planning on playing golf with IB, however we decided against it and with the weather it was a good decision. Spent the morning cleaning and tidying downstairs ready for some other work tomorrow while J went to have a contact lens assessment. Kilda’s food arrived to her delight along with my new slippers. Trying to find slippers at the moment is like finding rocking horse poo, so when these came in on the website we bought them straight away. Went to choose some glasses in the afternoon as getting them sorted on line is too much hassle. Quiet night in as J was talking to an old school friend over a glass of wine, which turned into a 3½ hour epic and a bottle of wine.
