Homework - second attempt

I thought I'd have another go at producing a macro shot for my homework. I love working with close up images, so it's no hardship.

There was a heavy frost this morning and the fog did not lift until after lunch. Then the sun broke through. I managed a slightly longer walk with no obvious ill effects. Also amazingly not suffering after last night's Cuban evening at J's. We started with daquiris she had made and everyone was soon very happy and rather loud!.

There are lambs in the fields at Haughton Main Farm near the village.

The yellow lichen is xanthoria parietina, growing on one of our apple trees. It always looks cheerful.
