Surprise!

Have been feeling very sore and ouch all day today (think I overdid it yesterday) and was feeling a little sorry for myself.

Out of the blue a mate turned up for a doorstep catch-up and cupcakes for me. It was lovely to see him and his baby girl (asleep in her pram!) as I’ve not seen him for ages.

So we put the world to rights, sorted out who we wanted to win the Super Bowl and generally caught up.

Positives:
1) I have lovely friends.
2) The Cookie Monster cupcake!
