Big boy in the den.

Had a walk in the woods with our older son. We came across this den, not unlike one children were building elsewhere in the woods last week. Clearly a lot of effort had gone into making it. He’s living proof that it doesn’t matter how old you are, a den is always interesting..... albeit he’s a bit big for it nowadays. Some snow around, but not in this sheltered location. Was a good walk, he’s always got a story to tell.

Younger son did some icy running with a rugby chum this morning. And talked to us about Chinese cooking planned - his mother reminisced about a meal we used to make years ago; I sent him the recipe. He subsequently sent us a photograph of the meal he’d planned, it looked very appetising.
