Mersehead

I met my friend Belle and her lovely dog George at RSPB Mersehead today for a long walk. It was beautiful by the shore, but with a bitterly cold wind. So I was glad to be well wrapped up warm.

Later I joined The Gita Life course .

My son phoned me on his way to his 12 hour night shift. Thankfully he had slept well today, so was feeling reasonably fit for his 2nd night. Phew
