Another sunny day

Just had to blip this as its not very often you get to see the Solway with the tide in, no wind, blue sky, no clouds! It was all so very calm. This was taken at Bowness on Solway which is the finishing point of Hadrian's Wall path. The bit of land jutting into the middle used to be a railway line across the border into Scotland, which fell into disrepair many years ago.

Well the rear axle has arrived, phew! I hadn't given any thought to how big or heavy it might be and its currently residing on my driveway. Its too heavy and big for me to move so am hoping that somebody from the garage will pick it up when they give me a lift home on Friday morning. Its a good job I was home when the delivery man arrived as he had 2 items with my name on. As well as the axle there was a Yamaha electronic keyboard which definitely was not for me!! Obviously a mix up had occurred somewhere along the line and a quick call back to base got it sorted.
