Spectacular Afternoon

After day after day of rain this week it was wonderful to see the sun come out in the late afternoon.  We had friends call by who used to live near ME when she was living in the mountains a few years ago.  It was lovely to be able to sit outside instead of huddles around the fire inside.  It was such a great afternoon we decided to head out to the lookout at the end of my property.  This image was taken by ME’s friend on my iPhone.  I was astonished when I saw the spectacular sky behind us.  This view can only be seen from the Lookout which is approx. 500 metres from the house site.  It never ceases to take my breath away.
