Red Fox

Today’s picture is of a Red Fox, which was sitting in our frosty orchard, over by our boundary fence. It sat still for a while and I thought it might be waiting for the ducks to appear so it could have its breakfast. However, eventually it go up, walked around for a while and then, after washing itself, it curled up and went to sleep. Something frightened it, a train maybe and it headed into the marsh, but could still be seen just on the edge of our boundary.
 
A lazy Sunday, but I will set the oven to clean itself while I do much more important things such as knitting or cross-stitch.
 
The temperature was three degrees Celsius at GMT noon. A frosty start, but some lovely sunshine at times as can be seen by the picture of a fox.
