Visiting and Skating

Our daughter and family live about 30 minutes away in the country and it is our son-in-law’s birthday this weekend so we drove out for a visit and to drop off his gift. Was a beautiful winter day, with no wind and plenty of sunshine. One of their neighbours down the road has this ice rink which is available for them to use. While we are tired of the outdoor visits, we are grateful for any time spent with our children and grandchildren. The kids were excited to show us how much their skating skills have improved.
