Seen while we were out delivering the parish magazine.  These two old agricultural widgets are fast rusting away and being engulfed by ivy and brambles.

After yesterday's disappointment we had a good hour for the big bird watch this morning.  The usual blue tits and blackbirds but we had a single redpoll on one of the feeders.  The coal tit we have been seeing recently did put in an appearance - but not until after the hour had passed by.
