Fifty years ago...

Seeing as though today is my fiftieth birthday I thought I should Blip this picture that my aunt kindly sent me in a birthday email from Canada. I think I could sense a hint of cheeky delight in her sending it though, so I thought it would be rude not to share it with you all too. 

The day was spent mainly on FaceTime with friends, however I did get to the parents for a celebratory curry evening. Having said all this I never thought turning fifty would be a cause for celebration that is as odd as moving up a COVID-19 vaccination bracket. Strange times.
