Sunrise I + II

Up early to get the Sunday paper so I was able to witness a beautiful sunrise. I must admit that I don't see too many sunrises now I'm retired! Since MrsW's stroke, back before Christmas, I've been extra careful about Covid avoidance. Hence the reason for the early Sunday visits to the newsagent. To keep things even safer I am about to organise delivery of the paper so to save a bit of cost I've purchased a subscription. I'm awaiting the paper's cover letter to organise the delivery but in the meantime I have a barcode which the newsagent can scan and be reimbursed instead of charging me. So I proffer said barcode they scan it and their till freezes! Luckily they have two tills in the shop and I was able to pay on the other till by debit card. I have posted an email to the paper's customer services dept, at about the same time that my email went off to claim on the warranty of my lens (ref yesterday's blip). I don't think I should be left near any digital equipment this weekend!
