2019-07-14 (Day 195) Buzz...

So I was out for a run today, and as it was a warm day I was pertty sweaty. Thre wsa a noise behind me, a kind of buzzing noise and when I looked around I was horrified.

I held my phone over my head and pointed it behind me, then took a pictore. And this was what was following me as I went for my run... lots of nasty flies presumably attracted by the sweat.

Yeuch!
