2019-08-03 (Day 215) Ouch!

So I was out for a run today, as part of my marathon training. I was running along the canal towpath, and I guess I got a wee bit too far over to the left... and encountered a tree branch that I hadn't noticed.

Moral is, look where you're going!

Good news is tht it is healing nicely and I don't think it will even leave a mark

After my run I went into Tesco (I had used the Tesco car park as the start and end point) to buy bread for lunch. I didn't understand quite why I was getting funny looks in the store - this could be the reason!
