Inverness reflections, in the River Ness. It may look pretty, but the reality was large amounts of litter floating about in the river. I have regularly witnessed some pupils from the nearby secondary school, tossing their junk food containers from the footbridge. Little darlings...

On a more positive note, a little flock of Goldeneye were showing signs of Spring being in the air, with the drakes doing their display - sticking their heads up and forward, and then rolling them (their heads) on to their backs. First time I 've been close enough to hear them making any noise - a fairly strange call. There was also a seal about again, and some Goosander.

Last (forecast) day of near cloudless sunshine. Return to the normal grey commences tomorrow, and thankfully some temperatures on the positive side of zero (Celsius). That'll also mean a welcome reduction in the number/thickness of layers required for cycling to and from work.
