Central Station, Glasgow..
As you can see from the old clock in the picture, it was just after 1.15pm today when I took this picture of the busy Central Station in Glasgow. I was walking from a meeting in George Square, to my next meeting in the Scottish Government building at Atlantic Quay. Although I don't travel by train as often as I'd like, I thought I'd pop in for a quick shot.
The station has in some respects changed a lot over the years...designer coffee houses, better facilities in general and a more comfortable environment than the more dingy and often smoke filled past. But it has also retained much of the character of the past, particularly with the wooden facades and that clock.
I had five meetings in Glasgow today. I think progress was made in them all, which means although I have arrived home around 7.45pm, and still have to grab something to eat, I feel that today has a been a good day work wise.
I've blipped this before even taking my coat off! Hope you all have a good evening.
