Kayaking on Clouds....

These two young men went out on a very still day to Kayak. But...there is more to the story..


I talked with one of the men before he joined his partner.  I asked him why is he going out in such cold weather. (2C) He said he was asked by his friend...who is a chef... ' I will build us a fire and make lunch if you come'.  He said he didn't have to give it a second thought as his friend is an excellent chef....


So, off they went down the lake to find their special place to build a fire and make lunch.

It was so still when I took this picture ( which is very unusual for this big lake ) and the grey/blue clouds were a perfect backdrop for the little bit of colour of the Kayakers.
