New modernist neighbourhood in Montpellier

Went to see the new design centre in Montpellier today ('keep your hands in your pockets,' my grandpa used to tell me when we were in such places). It's just barely open but despite having a pretty good restaurant does have a couple of flaws. Like no obvious parking. So we parked a couple of blocks away and walked through a spanky new neighbourhood of modernist condos we had no idea were being built.
