Hang on in There!

I feel that some of the people I come across are hanging on in there just like the leaves on my patio Acer while a lot of others have lost their grip and are suffering unimaginably.

Fortunately, the longest month in the year has finally gone and the shortest is here now. Hopefully this will mean less Covid, less wintry weather and more hope for a more normal lifestyle.

Having just heard on the news that two cases of the South African variant, not connected to travel, have been found in Surrey, let’s hope the current vaccines we have had protect us or we will be back to the drawing board.
My glass is slightly less than half full today after hearing this.
