Feeling back to normal today after a good night's sleep, and JJ and I had a brisk walk around the village.

Very gloomy out there today, dull and chilly with not much in the way of wind.

A cousin rang this lunchtime to say his brother in Plymouth had been out for a run yesterday and collapsed at a neighbours on his return home.  An ambulance came after ten minutes and he had to be resuscitated before being rushed to Derriford hospital.  An arterial blockage was found, stent fitted and he'll be back home on Wednesday.  Amazing.

There is a patch in the garden that looks quite interesting for the Square Metre challenge and this is one of my contributions, which I've faffed with ever so slightly and looks SO much better in large view.
