The First 10,000 steps

It's February already! And it's also Monday into the bargain!

I was just about to set out to do my 1st daily 10,000 steps for Brain Tumour Research this Feb and I get a nose bleed.

I had to temporarily PAUSE for 10, fortunately it wasn't one of those gushers.

I finally got out and completed just over 10,000 steps on day 1. Man it was a cold early morning. Graham Avenue looking to Old Coach Road , East Kilbride
