Grey

It's been another damp, dark, cold and grey day.
Sigh.

The weather forecast doesn't sound promising for the rest of the week either: We'll get "overcast with light rain" (that was for today), just plain "rain" (tomorrow), "rain and gales" (on Wednesday) and "cloudy with showers" on Thursday.  
After reading that, I made the mistake of looking up the long-term forecast: It's (you guessed it) rain for Friday and Saturday. 
Then, temperatures will drop again, and we'll have snow on Sunday and Monday.

Another week with zero hours of sunshine.

But things could be worse. I suppose. We're warm and dry, there's tea and ginger nuts in the cellar (to substitute sunshine), and cute cats currently sleeping next to me. Bring on the rain...
