Mono Monday

I must remember to check on the challenge for the day! 

 Did my around the block walk this morning, another 3 miler. Think I might change the route tomorrow, the local industrial estate is not very thrilling!  The weather is still grey, and there was moisture in the air this morning, although I didn't bother putting the brolly up.
