Gratitude.
Some research was carried out to see if keeping a gratitude journal and generally trying to be more grateful was beneficial.
The study showed there was a greater sense of feeling connected to others, a more optimistic view towards life and better sleep quality, and a greater sense of happiness.
My blip journey I suppose is a journal of all the things that mean something to me, the beauty in the day, the little things that give me good memories
and without screaming out too loud the things that matter and that I’m grateful for.
Grateful today and everyday for a safe, healthy, lovely family.
Yep, it’s been another day listening to people and their real life stories.
So, hold the things that matter a little tighter, give the biggest squeezes when you can, and enjoy and soak up the love, and ....... be grateful.
