Batch 2

On Friday me and the boys had baked thinking we'd take some round to a neighbour who is finding lockdown hard. The blondies were made but then too many were eaten so cue a Sunday evening lemon and poppyseed traybake.

Thankfuls:
- glorious sunshine (even if it was still cold!)
- church and youth Zooms
- warming ham and leek pie for tea
