Future Cooking!

Steve's mum got us a thermomix for Christmas last year (we got it in Nov).  Steve has mostly been the one using it but for tonight I used it.  It is awesome.

There's a wee screen and it tells you what to add and how to cook..  Really cool.

I made chicken, leek and spinach risotto tonight.  tasty.

I did have an absolute shitter of a day though.  I'm trying really hard to see things optimistically but that isn't without it's challenges.

Anyway - grateful for delicious food.
