Wok

My tired old wok has gone to be recycled for Spitfires or wherever. It was an old friend but had reached the point where if I walked past the fridge with it food stuck to it. The replacement is smaller and lighter and thus better for my aged hands and tonight was its maiden stir-fry. Great performance with no sticking and the reduced weight meant that I could engage in some proper professional action with tossing the contents up to turn them with wild abandon. And can anyone beat a bit of wild abandon now and again?
