Spot it?

We had a nice day today although it was very cold. I got all the washing dry outside due to a breeze and sunshine. 
I took this photo of the buds on the rhododendron but then I spotted something else there near the top.
My arm is very sore from the jab - as if someone has been kicking it! Felt a bit peaky this morning but it's worn off. I had a walk and there were some other photos I might have posted till I spotted the ladybird.
Feeling like spring is not far away.
