T Day

The big excitement of my day today was my pre admission covid test. Looks like after the last two cancellations all will go ahead on Thursday. I'll be so glad to have it behind me, apart from anything else not being able to take ibuprofen for the last four weeks has made me realise how much pain relief I had needed. Still, nearly there.
Other than that, what have I done? Written another stinking email to Scottish Power, they have now owed our church over £500 in over payment for a year. Each individual we speak to is very nice, can see the over payment agrees the refund has been arranged and promises the cheque is now in the post and should they now close the complaint, eh, no! .... and nothing happens. Unbelievable. Imagine if we owed them £50, let alone £500!
I dropped off Ali's washing before going for my test, safely stored in the boot so they could have a 'contact free collection' to quote Amazon! Good to see them briefly. Katy has done her last night duty, hooray and after school club is finally in place, also hooray, but it should have been there a month ago.
Lots of people seem to be getting their vaccine info, I wonder when I'll get 'the call'.
