Bags

As another week passes with the inevitable lockdown routine it’s time to do the weekly shop.  Reading back through some of my words here I can see I’ve mentioned the shopping routine a few times so I’m not mentioning that again. I did glance down at the bags as I was adjusting the weight to carry them home. They looked rather colourful against the grey day. It was raining on the way home. The red cabbage, just out of shot, was soaked. The flowers - another lockdown routine - survived.
