Ice Pix (ha ha)

Today, I decided to match my photo's genre to the weather (that's a first!).  After nice snow yesterday, we had nothing but freezing rains and sleet all day.  What to do? Take a bunch of flowers, immerse them in water, freeze the whole thing.  Then take out the macro lens and photograph the results.

It was fun and yielded some unexpected results esp really close up (see extras).  What do you think?
