It's Harvest Time

It is very hot today, +30C.  I drove down the main road towards Luggate this morning, and took this photo of a paddock of barley that has been harvested.   

I then went to morning tea with the church ladies, and did a top up shop on the way home.  Because it is so hot I haven't ventured out this afternoon, but that is about to change, as I have to go to school to collect Tween 'H' and take her to dancing.  It is her first day back for the new year.
