Low key MonoMonday

I didn’t quite get the lighting right for low key but I did get an animal. Raffles who is 5 months old today.

He has been a joyful addition to the family over the last few months, and will continue to be over the months and years ahead.

Today started with a trip to the hospital for an appointment scheduled a while ago. I was a little nervous heading there during the pandemic but it was early and it went smoothly and all was fine.

Then it was a normal day of work, a lunchtime dog walk and and evening run accompanied again by my son.
