Cake club

In Dumfries we didn’t have a Clandestine Cake Club, we just had Cake Club, and I was a winner 7 years ago today!

What could be better than getting together with friends old and new, eat cake and have a geed blether.

My democratically elected winning cake was Rhubarb and Custard, and a tartan bedecked wooden spoon my trophy :)

The book is a charity who support people in learning to bake and possibly start their own business. Yet to try out a recipe but it is on my to do list.
