Walk on the bright side
Another day, another unusual pick up location.
I'm beginning to view deliveries as a treasure hunt. I used to love them when I was a child.
I'm not sure who organised them, maybe the community centre or the church. We were given a clue then set off in cars to find the first location (I lived in the countryside). Each location led to another clue etc etc.
If I say so myself I was rather good at it (being able to notice unusual things in the landscape).
In fact I'd go as far as saying it was one of the few things in life that gave me great pleasure. That and riding a horse very quickly up a hill and doing detailed paintings of engineering. Autism alert!
