Escalators

I took a trip across the Solent to Southampton for the day for a spot of Retail Therapy.

This is a view looking down from the top floor of the John Lewis store.

For the first time ever I ventured into Ikea and spent the best part of an hour trying to find the exit.

The ferry trip back to the Island was made very pleasant when the sun finally made an appearance after seven days of constant cloud. It even felt warm on the top sun deck.
