From outside in

I nearly didn't post any photo today - it just rained and rained with wind and was even foggy at times. But a few minutes ago, I went out on my balcony to breathe in some fresh air and noticed how pretty my hanging star looked against the warm interior of my living room.  We can vaguely see one of my bookshelves on the left in the background.  I didn't want to correct the white balance as I liked the warm, homely look it gave staight out of my camera. 

The lovely star was given to me by my daughter-in-law's father who makes many beautiful objects from glass as a hobby.
