Nuts

Yes I went a bit nutty this evening, mainly because the Tiny Tuesday challenge is ‘Multiples of the same item’.  This is a stack of ¼” UNC nuts. 
 
I needed one to repair (make use of) and old tripod mount where the plastic back plate had given up the ghost.  I suppose that I could have blipped that, another JohnW bodge-it blip, but I’ve saved it for later.  Basic maths will tell you that I had to buy a packet of five. (Gone are the days when you could get things in packets of three, or even just one . . . )
 
Just heard the sad news that COVID has got the lovely Captain Sir Tom.  Such a sad loss, especially as he has done so much for the NHS Charities.
