Snowy Scunthorpe

When I got up I discovered about 8 cm of snow on my car, on the drive, the road, etc...Normally I would then switch to working from home - but today I had an appointment to get vaccinated. The vaccine is precious, I couldn't miss that. So I set off straight away, gingerly, slowly.  Luckily, going early, there were no lorries around on the A63 and the ground was not icy underneath, so I was able to get to work, albeit slowly.  This was the sight as I crossed the road from the car park in Scunthorpe - still snowing.
I had a few meetings, but was able to go for my vaccine - Pfizer. I'm delighted to have had the opportunity. Luckily it was raining by the time I went home, so the roads were clear.
